I have told you guys time after time I love to layer and with these duster coats in full effect I swear I see myself wearing them with everything everyday well okay not everyday. I just love the simplicity of them and how they can add that little spazz to any outfit. Is there anything you guys can't stop wearing on repeat?

Well HELLLOOOOO!! Oh how I have missed blogging! Its been a crazy ride since my last post. I have been so consumed with all my wedding details that it has been like having a full time job. If you follow me on Instagram you can see I post here and there on details. With just 4 months left I feel like I have ten thousand things left. Anyways as excited as I am about my Wedding, I'm super excited to be back and be talking about FASHION!
So now a days I kinda have tamed the heel wearing even though I love them so much, I tend to take break from them here and there. Plus not always practical. But don't worry I haven't completely put them aside. My look has kinda be toned to a simple approach still having some kinda spazz to it but I'm loving that sporty chic look as well a great monochromatic look. With so many must haves this summer I defiantly think its important to have the basics like this white tank. You would be surprised how hard it is to find a good tank in the right material. What are you guys buying this summer? Any splurges? I have had to tame my shopping as being on a budget for a wedding is so crucial. But can I say I don't pick up things here and there well that would be a lie (LOL).
I hope to keep up with my blogging as I do miss sharing my outfits, ideas, my thoughts on fashion and my life.
What Plans do you guys have for summer? Any 4th of July plans yet??
Till next time...

With the most of the Northeast being an Ice box, us here in little old Florida are getting some of th chill brisk climate as well. I'm not complaining! any excuse to be cool and bundled up sounds great compared to the unbearable heat. Being born up North and being raised here most of my childhood I defiantly miss the cooler climates. The fiance was born and raised in Boston and he defiantly misses the cold. We have been contemplating for sometime to move back up North and I know some of you reading this are probably like "Are you Nuts?" but I honestly don't mind it. Seasons, and the occasional snow storm or two I don't think I would complain who knows maybe in a year or two when I'm freezing my butt off I'll be regretting that I wrote this. Anyways for now were here so I'm taking advantage of the minimal layering.
As I have mentioned before in my last post I'm taking a minimalistic approach. Still chic and tailored but not so busy I guess. As you guys know I don't have a set sty..le if I like it and it looks good then I'll wear it. But for some reason been drawn to the very" Euro" way of dressing if that makes any sense. Neutral colors, statement pieces and little edgy swag. Anyways with that being said I vouched for a simple day to night outfit that defiantly can transform with a little tweeks, big bag to clutch, darker lip, bolder eye and BOOM BOD BAM your set for a night look. I sometimes catching myself having no time to change so I quickly make some minor adjustments and there you have it.
So do you guys make tweeks with your daytime outfits? Are you guys leaning more towards a different style this year? Are you guys liking to colder weather?
FYI: wedding plan has taken most of my time now a days so blog posts will be very scarce; so sorry!

Leather Skirt: Kardashian Collection. Turtleneck: Old Navy. Moto Jacket: Old; F21 but similar here. Chanel Pin. Boots: Old; Ross but similar here. Bag: H&M similar here.
Keeping with my Style Resolutions I opted for a neutral palette. But for me keeping it neutral meant I got to play up my textures. My skirt is Leather, boots suede and you get the drift. I have really been leaning towards a much neutral and simplistic way of dressing. Again don't get me wrong I still will do color but I just been more mute about it. I don't know I think as you get older your style tends to evolve as so I think. I definitely am not buying trendy pieces as when I was like in my late teens but pieces that are gonna last me into my 30's.
As you guys know I don't care where I buy my things as long as a couple things follow, it fits me well, it holds up good, I like it and its reasonably priced ((I don't always seem to follow the last rule)) So I always venture to other stores I don't tend to regularly shop at and Sears being one of them. I checked out there Kardashian Kollection and I have to say those sister have really made clothing to fit a women's curve. I was happy to see this beige little number and tried it on and the next thing you know, it was coming home with me. So never hesitate to shop stores you have never been to or try brands that you typically wouldn't pick up. My motto is always give things a try and see if you really like it or hate it. What stores and brands are you guys willing to try? Ever venture into a store expecting not to get something and you end up walking out with something?
Oh FYI finally went through with it and changed my blonde ombre locks to my natural hair color. What do you guys think?

Happy Monday! So with the new year and so many bloggers posting about there style resolutions, its got me thinking on my mine style. As a fashion/style blogger we hope to inspire others as well as express our own independent style. We often look at people and things and get inspiration to create that look or put our own spin on it. Well for this New Year I want to try to do just that. Get more inspiration shots where I show an image and try to recreate the image with just the things I have in closet. With that being said hence the post today. Many see things and don't dare to recreate because of many reasons, either being to scared to wear it, don't have the items, or simply thinking that they can't wear it because it won't look the same on them. That simply is the wrong attitude towards being inspired to recreate. Again I can't compare myself to these lovely ladies, all of them do have amazing style and bodies but I looked passed that and wanted to create something for myself with my pieces. I also created two versions a day and night version but you can really wear both whenever you like.
My style resolutions for this year I guess if I had to list them would be probably....
1. Trying More of a neutral palette; softer color combinations
2. New Colors that I don't typically wear
3. Minimizing my accessorie in take; from wearing accessories and buying accessories
4. Not Layering so much ((pains me to say this)) trying not to add always something on top.
5. Finding Cute Flats; Ladies don't get me wrong most all ladies love there heels but sometimes gotta give those feet a rest.
I'm sure theirs more but these are a few that I can think of that I want to really try to accomplish this year. So what are your style resolutions? How do you guys feel about recreate looks? Do you guys get inspired and try to recreate? Is that something you would like to see more of?
So which style would you recreate

Happy New Year Lovelies!! I can't believe 2014 has came and gone. Its been awhile I know but during these times with the holidays all so relatively close its hard to get some time to get away and blog. So bummed I didn't get to get some holiday outfit shots in for you guys but hopefully moving forward I can do so. But Anyways onto New Years, how was every ones? Where did you guys go? What did you guys wear? I kept the outfit simple this New Years as you can see I snapped a shot up above and as far as what I did my sister threw a party at her house and it was a great time with our closet friends and family. Hope your New Years was well spent like mine. Did you guys make any New Years Resolutions? Didn't really make a New Years Resolution this year well maybe just one, to be married. I really hope 2015 is a great one this year for everyone.
On to some old news I forgot to ask or mention about. How was everyone's Holidays? Did you guys travel? Did everyone have a good Christmas and Thanksgiving? Forgive me as I'm so late again. Like I said its all been a blur. Our Holidays were pleasantly spent with Family and Friends and Didn't ask for much.Man how time fly's... But onto to the New Year right?
Soo..it was just around this time last year I started this blog and to be completely honest with the New Year rolling around it has me thinking should I be blogging still? Blogging has always been something I wanted to do because its just what I love to do. Sharing my fashion and my take on the latest trends has always been my passion. But one problem I face is always being consistent. That's one of the hardest thing because of so many factors one not having a full time photographer. I been back and forth about just deleting all of my social media outlets but I haven't really decided as of right now if I'm going to keep blogging or shut it down or just showcase through Instagram or even just keep a photo diary and posting nothing underneath. I just wish I was further with my blogging adventures and I know if you speak to other bloggers they will tell you it takes time. As the famous quote goes "Rome wasn't built in a day" well being impatient doesn't help the situation. I would love to hear from you guys on your opinion. But for now I'm excited to showcase New Outfits for this new year.
